- Brad Hancock, MPT
Brad Hancock is a native of the Raleigh, NC area. After receiving his Bachelor's of Science degree in Exercise Physiology from East Carolina University, he went on to earn his Master's of Science in Physical Therapy graduating 1st in his class. While managing and operating physical therapy practices in Beaufort and Bluffton, SC and as Rehabilitation Director at Hampton Hospital in Hampton, SC he received specialty certification to include treatment and management of lumbar and sacral disorders and treatment of the elbow, wrist, and hand, treatments of balance and vestibular disorders as well as specialization in orthopedics, foot and ankle biomechnanics, orthotic casting, and spine/neck treatments. Brad Hancock has now returned to his native North Carolina and strives to create a great patient environment with focus on quality patient care.

- Matt Kanellis, PT, DPT
Matt received his Bachelor's of Science degree in Biology from Hobart College where he participated in Division I lacrosse. He went on to graduate from Upstate Medical University in 2008, earning his Doctorate in Physical Therapy. He specialized in orthopedics and sports physical therapy, including experience at Cornell University's physical therapy clinic.
Matt has work experience in a variety of outpatient orthopedic settings and has a strong background in various manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercise. He also enjoys treating patients with sports-related injuries.

- Amanda Gamby, PT, DPT
Amanda is originally from Lancaster, PA. She received her Bachelor’s of Science degree in Health Sciences, focusing on Health and Wellness from The Ohio State University where she competed in Division I gymnastics. She then went on to Temple University where she received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy. She has clinical experience in several outpatient orthopedic settings with training in manual therapy and the McKenzie Method. She enjoys treating patients with orthopedic and sports related injuries as well as working with the geriatric population.

- Sharon Newton, MPT
Sharon graduated from UNC with her Master's Degree in P.T. She has been active in the P.T. field for 23 years.Sharon has worked primarily in orthopedic out- patient clinics but also has experience in home health, assisted living and in-patient hospital settings. She was the clinic supervisor in two of these practices. Sharon is a manual P.T. with a passion for treating the TMJ, shoulders and headaches. She also has experience with vestibular and balance issues as well as cancer rehab.

- Darlene Moore
Darlene Moore joined Activcare in June 2011 as Administrative Assistant and is excited to be a part of such a dynamic team. Darlene is a native of Maryland and has lived in North Carolina for the last three years. She has twenty years’ experience with front desk administration and over three years in the Physical Therapy field. Darlene enjoys working with the patients, getting to know them personally and being able to help them meet their treatment goals at Activcare Physical Therapy.

- Robin Locklear
Robin Locklear joined Activcare Physical Therapy’s Executive Drive office as a Front Desk/Patient Relations Coordinator. Robin is a native North Carolinian and comes to Raleigh via New Bern, NC bringing direct experience in customer service/patient relations. Robin coordinates patient flow through the office from scheduling patients, assisting with payments, insurance verification and pre-authorization requirements and maintaining patient charts. She enjoys photography, music and graphic design.
