ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Evaluates and treats patients according to physician referral and physical therapy practice act
• Completes all patient clinical documentation
• Supervises and monitors PTA with patient care plans
• Demonstrates open and effective communication with other team members
• Continuing education and specializations
• Occasional marketing and public speaking
• Promotes and assists with clinic operations and program development

Fantastic opportunity in a therapist-owned outpatient private practice in our Raleigh, NC clinic. You will play a vital role in the efficient operation of the practice. You will provide exceptional front-line customer service and meet the many non-clinical needs of our patients. In addition, you will coordinate the flow of patients through the office, assist patients with payments and financial responsibilities, verify insurance eligibility, obtain pre-authorization for required services, schedule appointments and maintain patients charges.

Qualified applicants will possess:
• Previous medical front desk/admin experience required
• Excellent interpersonal, telephone and written/verbal communication skills
• PC and medical practice system proficients
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Detail-oriented
• Conflict-resolution skils
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and good judgment
